- On the day you return your rental you can buy a brand new version of that rental, or any product greater in value and your rental fee will be deducted from that purchase.
How To
- Appointment & reservation needed, call or visit the store to make sure we have the gear you need.
- Installation time takes 15-60 minutes depending on time of year and type of product installation.
- Rental payment and a copy of credit card information is required prior to leaving with products however no security deposit is required.
- Rental demo provided for proper usage.
- Removal of rack done at store upon return.
- Rentals are the sole responsibility of the renter against theft, damage, or misuse.
- Customer is responsible for all non-repairable damage.
- Auto Racks is not liable for any damage caused by the installation, removal, or use of any rack product.
- All products are warranted by the manufacturer, not Auto Racks.
Availability
- Call for base rack availability because this is vehicle specific.
- To ensure availability, please book 5 business days in advance however we will do our best to meet any last minute need.
- Cargo boxes guaranteed to always be available.
- Slightly longer installations during our busy summer season.
